Creator’s Flair LLC’s Return & Exchange Policy states that all physical products (wax melts, candles, room sprays, and reed diffusers) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for safety and quality reasons. Once sold, these items cannot be resold and would have to be discarded. Digital products are also non-refundable due to their instant nature. Please review product details before purchasing. Order Adjustments & Cancellations

Thank you so much for choosing us!  Once an order is being processed, it is unable to be modified.  To ensure timely processing, we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or modify orders.  The same goes for combining orders. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us immediately at erica@creatorsflair.com, and we will do the best we can to accommodate your request.
