Shipping & Delivery

Creator’s Flair LLC prioritizes fast and reliable shipping! All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. We use USPS First Class, Priority Mail Service, or UPS to ensure secure and timely delivery. Tracking details will be provided once your order ships. While we work hard to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to carrier issues. Thank you for your support! A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order ships and will include a tracking number.  If you didn't receive an order or shipping confirmation email, please double check your Spam folder. Make sure to add us to your address book to avoid missing any updates.  

Shipping Policy

Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days. 

 

We are not responsible for any errors made on your billing or shipping address. Please double check to make sure all information is correct. If an order is unable to be delivered and is sent back to us due to an error on the address, the buyer will be responsible for the charges to have the order reshipped. 
 

Lost/Delayed Package

Once a package has left our facility, it is no longer the responsibility of Hive and Honey Candle Supply. Please contact the shipping provider for help with any lost or delayed packages. 
 

Items Missing/Incorrect Item

Please report any missing or incorrect items to us within 5 days after receiving your order.  We may require proof of error.  After 5 days, we may not be able to correct the issue.

For items missing: please completely unpack everything inside the box before emailing us regarding a missing item; sometimes fragrance oils can be hidden in the packaging.
