As a child, Erica learned the language of light from within darkness. Locked away in a small closet for three endless days, she faced a silence so heavy it pressed against her chest like the night itself. But even there—in the suffocating black where fear could have easily swallowed her whole—there was a pinhole of light. Barely visible, it glimmered like a single star in an otherwise empty sky. That tiny beam became her anchor, her whisper from the divine, teaching her that sometimes hope doesn’t roar—it flickers softly, just enough to remind you that you are not forgotten.

Those three days became more than a memory; they became a revelation. In that sacred stillness, Erica began to understand what it meant to see with her spirit. The faint glimmer wasn’t just light—it was presence. It was as if God Himself had poked that small hole through the darkness so she could glimpse eternity, reminding her that even the smallest bit of light can hold the strength of the heavens. Within that space of confinement, she discovered the beginnings of her faith, her resilience, and the quiet power of creation.

Years later, that same divine spark would guide her toward her life’s work—a passion for creating products that bring others into sacred, peaceful spaces. Every candle she pours and every fragrance she blends is a tribute to that single star she once clung to. Each creation carries with it an invitation to breathe, to feel, to remember that light can find its way into even the tightest, darkest corners of life. The glow of her candles mirrors that childhood miracle—a promise that hope, no matter how small, can transform any darkness.

Now, when Erica shares her work with the world, she shares more than beauty—she shares her story of awakening. What once felt like isolation has become illumination. The child who stared at that tiny pinhole of light has become a woman who spreads it freely, crafting moments of warmth and divinity for others. Demond's educational background includes a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship, a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, and multiple certifications in Leadership Development. His expertise in leadership and business growth has not only helped launch Creator's Flair but also positioned him as a recognized corporate senior leader. His approach to business is rooted in creating meaningful customer experiences while fostering a culture of growth and innovation.

 

Personal Fact: Demond is deeply passionate about helping others succeed and delivering an exceptional customer service experience. His business philosophy, “People 1st, Generates Business Always,” reflects his belief that putting people at the center of any organization is the key to sustainable success.

Once upon a time, there was a red panda named Flair, who had one obsession — good scents. He was known throughout the forest for his impeccable nose and refusal to tolerate anything less than luxury aromas. One day, while lazily scrolling through the internet (on his bamboo-leaf laptop, of course), Flair stumbled upon something that made his fluffy tail twitch with excitement — Essentially Infused Candle Co. by Creator’s Flair LLC. “Finally!” he squeaked, adjusting his tiny reading glasses. “A brand that understands my sophisticated snout!” Without hesitation, he added Midnight Tide Room Spray and Coastal Bloom Wax Melts to his cart and clicked order now faster than a raccoon spotting an open trash can.

When the package arrived, Flair could barely contain himself. He tore into the sleek black box with a frenzy, eyes wide and whiskers trembling. The moment the first mist of Midnight Tide filled the air, he froze — eyes closed, paws spread wide — and took a dramatic inhale. “Ohhh… that’s it,” he sighed. “Luxury. Relaxation. Purpose.” Then, as the scent of Coastal Bloom danced through his treehouse, he began to sway his tail like a metronome and declared, “I must meet the geniuses behind this.” Because in Flair’s mind, when something smelled that divine, destiny was calling.

So, he grabbed his phone (don’t ask where he keeps it) and sent an email to the CEO and COO — Erica and Demond Ingram. “Greetings, scent sorcerers!” he wrote. “I’m Flair the Red Panda — professional sniff connoisseur, part-time influencer, and full-time cutie. I believe my charm and marketing instincts could elevate your already heavenly brand. Also, I look amazing in front of a camera.” Demond, amused but intrigued, replied, “You’re serious?” Erica chimed in, “Well… he is pretty adorable.” And after a brief discussion with Board Members (Neek, Gabe, & Desi), they decided there was only one right move.

With open arms (and maybe a few candles burning in the background), the Ingram Family officially welcomed Flair to the team. He instantly became the company’s mascot — or as everyone lovingly calls him now, “Flair Bear.” He spends his days posing with products, hosting scent reviews on social media, and reminding customers that luxury isn’t just a smell — it’s a lifestyle.

 

And if you listen closely, you might hear his little red panda voice echoing : “Created with Flair, my friends!”
